I integrated nose breathing into every part of my day, even at night with taping my mouth. Yes, your really read that right. Tape! I switch off the lights and add the tape. No laughing anymore.

Strategic Sunday: 6 Habits, 7 Days, 1 Life-Changing Transformation
Here we are again. Another week is gone, and we can't get it back, but we can learn from it--what we did well and what we didn't and change the one ahead of us! Become more productive towards the outcome we want.
What adjustments can you make daily in the coming week to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life, to better yourself, and to advance on your desired outcomes?
Last week, I challenged you to confront your reality, have a brutally honest self-evaluation, clear what you want, take full responsibility, and be determined, deliberate, and intentionally strategic about the direction your life is headed.
We discussed breaking down your goals into daily tasks and executing them with a change in mindset and determination to live each day as a continuous improvement so you can become the best you can be and live your best life possible.
Now, it's time to begin the process of developing that mindset.

Your assignment for this week is to implement these six small habits daily. They may seem simple or nuanced, but remember, this is the beginning.
1️⃣ Make Your Bed: Start your day with discipline and a sense of accomplishment. This is a small way to do something you don't want to do, and these get progressively harder! If you like making your bed, find something else you dislike, and DO IT!
2️⃣ Lift Weights: Build physical and mental strength. No gym? No problem. Find bodyweight exercises or grab heavy objects around the house.
3️⃣ Practice Mindfulness: 15 minutes of focused breathing or meditation. Quiet the noise and sharpen your focus. Stay off your phone and electronics as long as you can. (Wim Hoff is a good breathing workout: Google it!)
4️⃣ Read: Even if it's just ten pages. Feed your brain and expand your knowledge. (Goggins: Can't Hurt Me should be your first book)
5️⃣ Identify and Engage with your Balcony People: Reach out to someone who inspires or supports you. Build meaningful relationships.
6️⃣ Sleep 7+ Hours: Prioritize rest and recovery. Your body and mind will thank you.
No excuses. No exceptions.
This isn't about perfection. It's about progress and practice--practice makes permanence!
Embrace the discomfort, push your limits, and watch your life transform before your eyes.
Remember:
Small habits, consistently executed daily, lead to massive results.
You have the power to create the life you want.
But it starts with taking action today.
Success isn't accidental; it's intentional!

I get this so much. People ask how do you do so much? Secret is you just have to finish the little things to concentrate on the big things.
The statement below is so true. When you manage what you do and complete tasks one at a time you get so much accomplished. Multi-tasking sometimes lets you work on many tasks but you may never finish because you start add other tasks which can increase your stress and anxiety. Give the task at hand your full attention and once you complete it, you can move forward to your next project. Learned this a long time ago and it totally works.
This was honestly one of my favorite video concepts to date and by FAR the most life changing habit I've implemented since starting my channel. It's hard to believe how something so simple can be so transformative!
Waking up and watching the sunrise helped me:

3. Hold Your Breath: Gently hold your breath for a count of 4.
4. Exhale Slowly: Breathe out through your mouth for a count of 6.
5. Repeat: Do this a couple times.
