Survivors and advocates united earlier today on the steps of City Hall, sending a clear message - #NYCNeedsCVAP! CVAP advocates and clients spoke out about the program's critical role in supporting survivors of violence, providing them with safety planning, counseling, legal aid, and a path to healing.
