Growing up with an extended family that was employed predominantly in the forces, I always aspired to be in the defense. Little did I know that even though I would not end up serving the Indian Army. I would tell my company with the same sense of discipline and treats that come naturally to a soldier. Hi I am Amulia Deep Yado and this is my story. I spent my childhood in the Army cantonment of Mau in Madhya Pradesh. I was an introverted average student. Both my parents were employed in the banking sector, but I nursed the ambition of joining the army. However, that was not to be and I took up MB at Pune University. During this time, I began taking my responsibilities more seriously. I got placed at Saint Gobain through campus and was part of first sales training batch of 2009. I was interviewed by our Subramaniam Sir. My first project was in Madhya Pradesh. And after eight months of probation, I was confirmed as Officer Retail Sales, our role that I fulfilled for three years. I was promoted as area manager and stationed in Ahmedabad for next four years. Later glass made tip solution was introduced and I was deployed in Mumbai as a Business Development Manager for West region from 2017 to 2019. Soon after my career graph starts soaring and from State Head of the Mumbai region to the Regional Sales Operation Manager of the West region and now as Head of Field Marketing Pan India with team of 2500 ME. All of this would not have been possible without the constant support of my mentors along the way. PS Money, Shailesh Dalek, Divakar, Anand Sir and Uni Sir there have been instrumental in shaping my career with the glass business and I've learned a lot from each one of them. One of the key strengths that we look for in a sales and marketing professional is the ability to balance short term and long term objectives and I think this is a strength that Amulya possesses. He is able to balance short term outcomes and results along with strategic thinking that result in long term market development. He's demonstrated this throughout his career in a variety of roles that he has done and today he leads from the front on this and his team looks up to him on how to develop interpersonal relations, how to build a strong connect with the channel, how to drive results from the channel and from their teams as well. My trajectory at Saint Gobain has been nothing. Sort of phenomenal I would say, at several quick opportunities to prove my word. At 26, I was the youngest area manager of our business. Of course, the path has not been rosy all the time. There were challenging times when the new business I was handling was not doing well. But the confidence that my senior displayed in me greatly help in pulling through the Turkey and emerge stronger. Often I'm able to draw many parallel between defense and seals. Both demand punctuality, reporting on time and uncompromising. Just like there are several transfer in the course of carrier in the forces, I have also moved places in my 15 year career with Sengupta. From Madhya Pradesh to Gujarat to Maharashtra, different cities have been my home. What brings me to work every day is deep sense of responsibility. It motivates me and when I am motivated, the team also is raring to go. Every day is a new day to take on new responsibilities to the best of our abilities and I'm glad. That I am living my dream life with St. Gobain, aiming higher and making the world a better home.

In a world where passion often takes a backseat to practicality, Nita Ambani's dance performance at her son Anant's pre-wedding event in Jamnagar stands as a testament to the power of pursuing what one loves. Amidst the grandeur of the festivities, her choice to perform 'Vishwambhari Stuti'—a devotional song dedicated to Maa Ambe—was a beautiful blend of simplicity, passion, grace, and confidence.
This performance wasn't just about celebrating a family milestone; it was a powerful message about the importance of staying true to one's roots and passions, regardless of one's status in life. Nita Ambani, a skilled Bharatanatyam dancer who started dancing at the age of 6, showcased that at the heart of every endeavor—be it personal or professional—lies a simple love for what one does.
Her dance was also a dedication to her granddaughters and all young women, symbolizing the strength and divine energy that women embody. It's a reminder that grace and confidence are not just traits but choices that women make every day in the face of adversity and disparity.
As we celebrate these moments, let's remember the importance of nurturing our passions and carrying them with grace and confidence. Nita Ambani's performance is a call to all of us to embrace our interests with simplicity and passion, making them a powerful expression of our identity.

As every gadget is accompanied by user manual (information about product & instructions for usage of the product), similarly information about human body and usage of human body in a human life is described elaborately in one and only user manual also known as Bhagvad Gita (Speeches by Bhagvan Shree Krishna).
There are 30 Gita are mentioned in various scriptures.
Bhagvad Gita has 18 chapters & 700 sloka (texts).
Bhagvad Gita was spoke 3 times before Shree Krishna spoke to Arjuna.
Bhagvad Gita covers 5 elements in details.
1. Ishwara (creator),
2. Jeeva (living entities),
3. Kaala (time),
4. Karma (activities & task engaged by living entities) &
5. Prakriti (energies of Lord Krishna that is reflected in his creation in the form of nature, planetory system etc.)
Human life is rare which is accomplished after soul passing through 8.4 million yonis (species) before taking birth as a human. So it is the rarest opportunies to escape through this cycle of defective (life of painful sufferings from birth, death, disease & old age) living.
This is possible only through reading, understanding, adopting & practicing wisdom shared in Bhagvad Gita.
No just Hindus or Sanatana dharma practioners but every person who is born as human being & who respects humanity must read Bhagvad Gita irrespective of your dharma, religion, faith.

We started Jadu on November 26th, twenty-three years ago, today.
I remember the day I made the decision. I remember the day I left my well paid job as a web developer. I remember the first day, the first code push, the first customer, the first hire (still here!), the first office (a derelict, haunted building), the first RFP, the first ‘big’ contract, the first digital service, the first award, the first 1m in revenue.
I remember the first form, the first payment, the first booking a customer deployed, and then the first transactions. I remember our first CRM customer (and they are returning!), I remember the first day of literally, everything.
🌟 I am grateful for every member of our team, our partners, and of course our amazing customers who have been part of this journey. 🌟
None of that experience has prepared me for the next stage in our evolution story. Every day there is a decision, never made before. This time though, I have a team to share in those first steps into the unknown and - I is We.
Our strength, passion, determination and fanatical mission to become ‘the worlds most accessible digital platform’ - all that comes from 23 years of this team.
Here's to the next chapter in Jadu's story. At 23, we’re growing and growing-up. Here's to continuing to innovate, inspire, and lead in accessible digital self-service. 🚀
Happy birthday, Jadu.
