But it can not be fabricated in an industrial type production environment, therefore it will not make housing affordable.

✨Biochar is a charcoal-like substance made from burning organic materials from agricultural and forestry waste.✨
🔶Biochar has low thermal conductivity due to its porosity. The thermal conductivity of biochar varies between 0.10 and 0.13 W m−1 K−1, depending on the pyrolysis temperature.
🔶Low thermal conductivity translates to high insulation, which is beneficial in the construction industry. Lower thermal conductivity is reflected by a lower rate of heat loss in the building structure.
🔶Bricks made with 50% biochar and 50% high-density polyethylene have the highest compressive strength, and biochar-cement bricks outperform ordinary bricks in terms of insulating value, hardness, and water absorption.
🔶Biochar finds applications in insulation, air decontamination, decontamination of soil foundations, humidity regulation, and protection against electromagnetic radiation.

In reflecting on my experiences in the field, the abundance of cut-off waste observed could potentially revolutionize the production of essential construction components such as trusses. The sheer volume of materials discarded could serve as a valuable resource, particularly in the creation of fire-blocking components. In a bygone era, a savvy entrepreneur could have capitalized on this surplus, establishing a profitable venture centered around scrap removal and repurposing these discarded materials into marketable blocking packs ranging from 16.5 to 23 inches.
This innovative business model not only sparks curiosity but also highlights the untapped potential within the building materials market. Despite initial surprise at the feasibility of such a venture, it becomes evident that this represents a well-executed and novel approach to an established industry. The timing is particularly opportune as the global market continues to grapple with challenges in supply chains, labor, and logistics.
What sets this concept apart is its ability to convert what was once considered waste into a valuable commodity. The prospect of addressing environmental concerns by repurposing discarded materials aligns with the growing emphasis on sustainability in various industries. Moreover, the potential profitability of such a venture underscores the ingenuity behind this business model.
As we navigate through a landscape marked by recovery from supply chain disruptions, employment uncertainties, and logistical hurdles, this emerging business approach stands out as a beacon of resilience and adaptability.
