Today, in my Global Leadership class, we were instructed to look up articles on how to create a more #inclusiveworkplace. The article that I read emphasized humility and empathy as important traits for people, especially #leaders, to have in the workplace. The article also stated that the most important quality for a leader to have is commitment. Without commitment, leaders cannot develop the other important qualities. I will use this information to be a good, inclusive leader in my school projects and future jobs.
