From my "Likable Leadership" Presentation for principals: Tall people should not Have to climb ladder. If she can reach that Can of green beans on The top shelf at the Grocery store, then why Monkey with steps? Let her use her height! In the same spirit... If a teacher doesn't need to Complete a checklist of 17 Actions to teach a good Lesson, then put the Dang checklist away. Time's a wastin'. Let good teachers teach. Focus on those who Need the checklists Because they need you.
