Just finished the course “Skills and Competencies for Leading Today's DEI Workforce” by Dr. Shirley Davis! From my own perspective and with several definitions of leadership. I believe the leadership path should be defined from our destination. Whether it is to change the world with our professions or participate within social reforms. Whatever path we choose to take, it should be the path that defines how we act and decide on the future.
