Hello World!!!
I share the recent 5 best sauces in the world; dips, spreads, dressing or whatever you call them, they are all sauces. They all bring joy to the palate and bring together Families, Friends and groups at parties.
Creating the best sauce and dressing in the world can be subjective, experimenting with a variety of fresh, quality ingredients, balancing sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavors, and adjusting the consistency to make it PERFECT. It's not easy to get the taste. I speak it with reason, I have put my hands and fingers in industrial kettles to feel the deliciousness of that special spicy note that the world likes more and more... hehehe
Don't be afraid to try unique combinations and trust your palate! Spicier or less spicy, that in my country Chile is not the important thing, here, at the end of the world, there is only one flavor and a point of spiciness that makes it. It is traditional to warm the body while delivering that Chilean Picardy.
And you, what brand of hot sauce comes to mind first?
I invite you to give your opinion, and I also want you to know that chili is not only a spicy pepper fruit, it is also a country, my country: Chile.

6 Best Ways to Make a Dish Less Spicy.
There are a lot of ways dishes can end up too spicy: Maybe the recipe was developed using a milder version of a curry paste than what you ended up buying, or you used an especially spicy batch of fresh chiles, or you accidentally put in one tablespoon of hot sauce rather than one teaspoon, or you just dumped too much cayenne into your pot of chili. The easiest way to tone down a dish that’s too spicy is to add more ingredients to lessen the proportion of the spicy element.

Tapioca starch is indeed used in some ketchup applications, particularly in condiment and sauce manufacturing. Here are some reasons why tapioca starch is used in ketchup:
- Thickening agent: helps to achieve the desired consistency in ketchup. It can help to improve the texture and flowability of the ketchup.
- Stability and shelf life: helps to improve the stability and shelf life of ketchup
- Clarity and transparency: helps to improve the clarity and transparency of ketchup, making it more appealing to consumers.
- Neutral flavor: Tapioca starch has a neutral flavor, which means it won't affect the taste of the ketchup.

The Ultimate Smashburger Experience
🍔 **What Are Smashburgers?** 🍔
Smashburgers are a type of burger where the beef patty is smashed onto a hot griddle, creating a crispy, caramelized crust that locks in the juices. The result? A juicy, flavorful burger with a perfect balance of crispy edges and tender meat.
### **How to Make Smashburgers:**
1. **Ingredients:**
- Ground beef (preferably 80/20)
- Salt and pepper
- Burger buns
- Cheese (optional but recommended)
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, etc.)
2. **Instructions:**
1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until it's very hot.
2. Divide the ground beef into small balls (about 2-3 ounces each).
3. Place the beef balls onto the hot skillet.
4. Use a heavy spatula to press each ball down firmly, smashing it into a thin patty.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook until the edges are crispy and brown, about 2 minutes.
7. Flip the patties, add cheese if using, and cook for another minute.
8. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
### **Why They Taste So Good:**
The secret to a delicious Smashburger is in the searing process. By smashing the beef onto a hot surface, you create a Maillard reaction, which is the chemical process that makes food brown and flavorful. This gives the burger a deep, rich taste and a satisfying texture.
