I purches LED TV BU8000 43 inch TV there is black line came on display i put service requet they replace old pannel with new dusty faulty pannel, after 1 week there found big lines on dipslay , Service requst also closed without resolving the problem . 1) They replce old paneel with faulty paneel 2) Manufactring of samsung product is doing in dusty envoirtment. 3) No proper Quality Team. 4)Service requst closed with comment display is quality check & Ok. IF Anyone like me frusted with SAMSUNG product lets put your compaitnt on Social Media.

2wI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an issue I am facing with my Samsung S22 Ultra, which I have been using since December 23, 2022. Recently, after updating my device, I encountered a significant display problem. I have attached photos to illustrate the issue for your reference. I visited the Samsung service center to file a complaint, expecting my device to be covered under warranty. However, the service center staff refused to cover the display issue, citing a "dent" on the phone. I clarified that this is not a dent but a mark left by my phone cover. Despite my explanation, they insisted that the warranty would not cover the repair. I humbly request that Samsung India take immediate action to address this matter. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further by approaching the consumer court to seek justice. . I trust that Samsung values its customers and will look into my complaint at the earliest. Please arrange for a suitable resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
