Recruiters… You only need 3 things to win: 1. Phone  2. Laptop  3. Strong Mindset I’ve met recruiters who are billing insane amounts And those three things have carried them the entire way. Never forget what an insane industry this is Where three simple tools used in the right way Can completely change your life.  

Reminder for Recruiters  You don’t need to love your work all the time  Sometimes it’s just going to suck… You just need to love where you’re going  and the life you’re building for yourself  Then all the suck will be worth it in the end.

I’m religious with posting high-quality Job ads to get people looking at the types of Jobs we are working on (This has helped grow our following by thousands) 3. I make sure EVERY consultant in my business is posting religiously on LinkedIn (This increases our reach and impressions dramatically)  4. Reminder for Recruiters If you have a BIG goal to hit  You should have absolutely no shame in…. - Making that cold call  - Sending that cold email  - Writing that post  - Sending that audio note - Asking for that meeting - Sending that third, fourth, and fifth follow-up  - Even knocking on that door if you have too Because every single positive action you make  Is building a better life for you and your family  There’s no shame in that…..just courage and pride.

I Interviewed a recruiter Billing $2 Million  Most of his deals are won in the follow-up Some conversations go on for an entire year… - Some go on for 2-3 months.  - Sometimes, he gets lucky, and it only takes a couple of weeks. But most of his biggest accounts would have been lost  If he had given up after the first call, email, LinkedIn message.
