If someone is shopping for a baby stroller, they may also be interested in baby toys. 2. Presentation matters. Wipe off any dust or dirt before you place an item out for sale or before you take pictures. 3. Price to sell. You can look at eBay to get a range. Remember, these items were just laying around your home collecting dust. Be willing to negotiate. 4. Safety first. Make sure you’re not alone. Have a buddy or join a community sale. What can the Three Kings Collection teach us about selling? Co nás může Tří králová sbírka naučit o prodeji? Together with my younger daughter, we participated in the Three Kings collection again. 🌟 👑 🎶 During this traditional charity event, we went from house to house where children dressed as the 3 Kings sang carols and happily accepted donations into the collection box. 💛 🏡 🎵 Despite the economic crisis, we witnessed the great generosity of people opening their hearts and wallets. It was touching to see how some old grandmothers were moved to tears listening to traditional carols from the little ones.  😢 🎄 And while the children sang carols, I reflected on the enormous benefit of personal contact. In an age of digital transactions and online communication, face-to-face interaction is often rare, yet it remains crucial to building trust and strong relationships with clients - both in charity and in business. 🤝 💼 Direct human contact, eye contact, handshakes, all have an irreplaceable place in the world of sales and service. This human interaction brings the authenticity and trust that are indispensable to any successful business. With every coin or banknote in the till, I became more aware of the value of a personal touch. Every carol, every smile, every thank you - all contributed to strengthening the relationship between the community. 💰🎶 This experience reminded me how powerful and important face-to-face encounters are in building trust and strengthening relationships. As a dad, I was also pleased that the kids, a great group of third grade friends, enjoyed themselves to the fullest despite the rainy weather. We spent a total of 5 hours in the fresh air, laughing, sharing memorable moments and contributing to a good cause at the same time. 🤗🎁🙌 #Tri Kralove #personalcontact #businessrelations #businessinsights
