Last week we had the pleasure of hosting 50 incredible women leaders for Santander's W50 leadership programme. The programme provides women in senior management positions intensive training and the tools to streamline their leadership style, with Dr Emma Soane, Connson Locke and Dr Rebecca Newton. It was a privilege to be joined by so many impactful women in leadership. Thank you Santander Open Academy and all who attended!
