The tact of marketing has been changed, In the past the strategy was straightforward and was to the point marketing.. People posted Product or Service with good description and details and people contacted them.. Nowadays admins and page owners have to pay more attention to Moral posts, Psychological Facts, Quotes and other things first to direct public to their pages and groups and then introducing their products or service to their page followers. This was although, the trend has been changed and new horizons of marketing has been emerged but for a Single Individual who can't bear enough expenses and don't have enough time to devote to marketing efforts is knocked out of the market. That's the major issue and hurdle for individual, as he has to pay attention to service or product he is offering and has also to become full fledged marketier to drive public's attention... Product - What are we selling? A service, a product? What need can we fill, how do we fill the gap and cross that bridge? Price - Where does this product or service fit in the market? How do we achieve our margins and ideal COS? Place - Where do people need this Service/product? How do we get it from here to there? Promotion - Who needs to know about this? The general conception of marketing... PR, Social Media, branding. I started my Marketing Career not quite understanding the full extent of what marketing entails, and I am glad that I took the leap and discovered how marketing is the glue that holds the company together.

Marketing field :- if you want to grow in Marketing field. Then focus on innovative ideas and creative thinking. All you have to do is to find ideas to attract customers. You have to do smart work. You don't have to always do smartwork. Just follow your ideas and thoughts.
