Today, I got the chance to join our amazing drivers in the field as part of Republic Services' Ride-a-Long program. It was an eye-opening experience! I was impressed by the hard work our team does to keep our communities clean and healthy. Starting their day bright and early, most of our team members begin at 2 AM and start their trucks by 3 AM. They are dedicated to serving our communities with a smile. The person I rode along with was friendly and shared their experiences with me. I feel a great sense of pride being a part of a company that values its employees and the important work we do. Republic Services goes the extra mile to make a positive impact on the environment and the lives of the people we serve. I am grateful for this opportunity to see firsthand the dedication of our team. It has given me a deeper appreciation for their hard work and the difference they make in our communities.
