I always say that your user conference is one of the best ways to battle test all of the different functions of a Marketing team and this group 100% brought the energy.     Focus on your best features and go deep in those rather than finding the next shiny ones 👇 We do regular product demos to our clients, usually once per sprint, and one thing that comes back is “what’s changed?” Well what changed is that “we’re making your product able to scale and not crash”. After all the big work on the visible side, it is hard to judge on the backend’s velocity, and it goes as far as making the best search feature. Haven’t you ever been frustrated by a platform with a really bad search bar with no results? You can’t see that on demo mode, but once you’re live users will hate you for it. Putting the focus on the right features will help build the product faster, and make your loyal and first users even more satisfied with the product they’re using. They’ll end up talking about it and be part of the organic growth. It is a hard to fight bias, and we have been helping our clients understanding the impact of every features and the invisible work.
