Happy (belated) Father’s Day! It’s always been a day of reflection where I dig deep to recount meaningful memories about Bapa and other father figures, many of whom have passed. This Father’s Day felt very special. While it’s only been months, the most motivating and rewarding experience I’ve ever had is being Kaia’s bapa. Wishing those fortunate to be a dad a Happy Father’s Day. A big thanks to the mothers, partners, families, friends, and colleagues for all the collective responsibility and kindness you demonstrate while encouraging us to be super present for our little ones each day.

Did you know Ganesha?
There is a unique story which explains the Ganesha's association with intelligence and wisdom. In his competition with Karthikeya (God of War) to be the first to marry, they set up a challenge that whoever could first encircle the Earth would also find a bride first.
Karthikeya swiftly mounted his blue peacock and immediately shot off around the world.
Wuuuusshhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
"I'm the fastest! I can conquer this world!"
Ganesha on the other hand, casually sauntered over to his parents' house, embraced them and quoted the line from the sacred Vedas: “He who embraces his parents seven times (pradakshinas) gains the merit of encircling the world seven times”.
Ganesha took contrarian approach with unique perspective. Declared the winner, Ganesha promptly married not one but two daughters of Prajapati: Buddhi (Wisdom) and Siddhi (Success).
What's the point?
#1 Our parents and especially Mom is our first source of knowledge.
#2 Even though we are traveling the world, our happiness rely on a place called home. It's a place where our Mom cooked us our beloved food, and always accept us with wide arms open to hug us.

In the cozy confines of a shared bedroom in Rathmines, Dublin, amidst the echoes of the 2008 financial crisis, a dream was set in motion – Swappsi software, a beacon of #innovation and support for businesses and #startups. (too much? 🫣)
Our journey began 15 years ago...
I couldn't have ignited this dream without my co-founder and best friend Andreas Lovbrand, who, from his similar setup in Uppsala, shared this vision.
Those early days were as exciting as they were uncertain. Andreas and I, had countless late-night brainstorming sessions, because we were determined to make a difference amidst the chaos of the "Great Recession" (2008). Our "remote first" approach was unusual back then, but it was seamless from day one, setting new standards of collaboration and efficiency.
Swappsi was born with two pivotal missions at the time:
1️⃣ To help companies navigate and thrive during one of the most challenging economic times, the Great Recession of 2008, through streamlined processes thank to #custom software #solutions
2️⃣ To empower non-tech #startup founders, turning their innovative ideas into tangible, impactful realities.
Today, 15 years later, we stand not only as witnesses to our professional achievements but as proud creators of a legacy built on resilience, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Yet, what truly makes Swappsi what it is today is the incredible people who have consistently embodied our shared values, delivering unparalleled service and professionalism.
While there are many individuals whose dedication has been pivotal, today, I want to extend a special thank you to our first employee, Sasikala Varatharajan (Sasi). Her empathy towards our customers and her dedication were not just commendable but were the first stepping stones in building the talented and dedicated team that makes Swappsi stand out today.
