Department of critical care medicine Marengo CIMS hospital Ahmedabad Seldinger intercostal drainage insertion. 65-year-old male patient, known case of chronic kidney disease on maintenance hemodialysis, persistence right sided moderate pleural effusion, and tracheostomy in situ shifted to our hospital for further treatment chest x-ray showed moderate to severe right sided pleural effusion. On diagnostic tapping, fluid was hemorrhagic and lung ultrasound there were multiple septations. Using cook-ICD kit around 1.5 liter hemorrhagic fluid drain after putting ICD. This video explains ICD insertion by seldinger technique.
