Great point Thomas McMahon Integrity has definitely been the challenge in Carbon Markets and I want transparency and the press to hold us accountable, but much of the press over the last 2 years has been too focused on the negatives (there are legit problems). As a result we see amazing projects that are were trailblazing in REDD+, who have saved and restored forests, built schools, jobs, and supported native communities get vilified for having incorrect baseline measurements while entirely ignoring the good things they have done. The result has been massive investment in digital MRV and transparency tools for carbon emissions and credits (often using blockchain). Companies like Sylvera, BeZero Carbon, Renoster are pulling all these pieces together to help companies like ACX (AirCarbon Exchange) improve the credits on their platform. Let's keep up the good work, 2024 is going to be an excellent year for Carbon Markets. #sb253, #sb261, #csrd
