Food for Thot We are what we eat... My lock-down home-cooked collection. Today, I am 80% plant-based, only take white meat. On a side note, I have to add too that when you are going through adversity, try to do something to uplift yourself and making yourself feel good. I produced this lock-down home-cooked recipe during the pandemic. Looking back, I was amazed to myself (like a pat on my own shoulder), how I uncovered my hidden 'talent' - - cooking skills. Will talk more about food in my next episode....meantime, hope you enjoy my clipping!

I can relate to #chef #vikaskhanna's story, as a masters student, i started working as a student at McDonald's where i used to mop floors and wash dishes at Wayne State University's food court. This taught me the most important thing in life- #value of #parents, #home and #money. A must watch podcast by Ranveer Allahbadia. BTW, #indianfood rocks!!!
