We are proud to be one of 200+ STEMM Opportunity Alliance partners aligning efforts under the new national strategy. We at R.O.S.A (Raising Overachieving STEM Academics) commit to actively contributing to the Foundations: Accountability & Partnership pillar within the STEMM Opportunity Alliance (SOA). R.O.S.A will create and amplify opportunities for collaborative equity initiatives, fostering partnerships among organizations across diverse sectors and regions. Their commitment includes the establishment of joint programs that address shared challenges, emphasizing inclusivity and representation in #STEM. Additionally, we will implement initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing within and among communities of practice across all STEMM sectors, promoting cross-sector learning and collaboration. Success will be measured through the number of collaborative initiatives launched, participation rates, and the tangible impact on underrepresented communities. A dedicated portion of R.O.S.A's budget will be allocated to fund these efforts, with transparent reporting on financial allocations. Our goal is to achieve significant milestones within the next year, fostering a collaborative ecosystem that advances #equity, #diversity, and #inclusion in order to achieve equity in STEMM by 2050. #STEMMForAll

Where there's education, there's hope - and it all begins with 13 determined students.    Through education in 5 associate schools, we’ve seen girls’ lives transform.     It’s the key to their potential and a brighter future, equipping them with vital skills, knowledge, and turning dream into reality.    In order to enhance the impact of this project, TGF has entered into a collaboration with Brighter Tomorrow, thereby establishing the groundwork for a more promising future.    We’re making a difference by empowering 13 students to become community mentors.     They’re not just benefiting from our programs, but also learning to uplift other girls.    Through our collaborative efforts, we’re fostering transparency and accountability, making a daily, individual impact on the lives of girls.    According to us, we can expand our collaboration to impact more girls and young women globally.    Your thoughts? #education #girlchildeducation #impactosocial #traceablegiving

With #February11 marking International Day of Women and Girls in Science, I cannot help but reflect on how fortunate I am to have received my education and to now work for an organization that supports & promotes #GenderEquity and #WomenInScience. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) fields are essential in our ever-changing world. Let's close the gender gap in STEM internationally in order to remove barriers and empower ALL future innovators.

Yesterday was the UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science. Thanks to I Wish for making such a difference inspiring girls to pursue careers in STEM. This morning at Cork Chamber Business Breakfast I learned about the lack of information young girls in Ireland face about STEM college careers. The speakers focused on the importance of mentorship, role models and the role of early education in empowering these young girls. It is key to diversify how we present STEM careers and pathways, equipping young women with the knowledge they need for a more diversity in leadership and decision-making positions. #womenstem #diversifystem #empowerwomen
