I had the great privilege to visit with Jerry Rice today. Jerry is widely regarded as the best wide receiver in NFL history. He is known for his incredible work ethic and played 20 years in the NFL. It was so great to visit with him and hear his thoughts. I loved it. And no I couldn't cover him now or then but particularly now after I had my knee repaired. In all seriousness he is all world. God bless Virginia Egizio, CMP Emma Bulwa Jessica Cole Taylor (Ross) Possley Nader Samii Kelley Blair Katie Atwood Kristelle Khazzaka Molly Traverso Hannah Agins Billy Agins and so many more. Great fun. #work ethic. Speaking of work ethic Thank you Sarah Simon and Heidi Simon.

Great photo! Jerry Rice is the greatest wide receiver of all time, and it's not hard to see why. Amazing talent and an unparalleled work ethic which serves as a shining example for all of us. His humble demeanor on the field is unforgettable. After scoring a touchdown or making a big play, he would just hand the football to the referee without flashy celebrations. For him, remarkable plays were just part of the job, making the extraordinary seem routine - just expected to happen. Simply the Best.

My daughter-in-law's last name is 'Rice' and her Bay Area dad tells me that, when she was born, he was planning on naming her 'From Montana To...' I'll let that wash over you. That's you on the left, Scott?

Wow! He had a very inspiring quote: "If you're always settling with what's good, you'll never be the best. Today, I will do what others won't, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can't."
