Excited to have had the opportunity this week to participate in my all-time favorite leadership development program - "Situational Leadership II" by Blanchard. This was my 3rd time taking this course and it's phenomenal each and every time (this time was a "refresher" in preparation for completing my certification to be able to facilitate this course in the future).
