Meeting Mugenzi Kelia from Kigali, Rwanda, I was really impressed and motivated. This made me realize that there's an educational gap among African countries in terms of achievement and outcomes. A gap fueled by complacency. A state of self-satisfaction leading to a lack of motivation and indifference towards improvement, is a significant factor. As you climb higher, complacency tends to set in, hindering personal and professional growth. To break this cycle, it's crucial to adapt to new methods, technologies, and evolving needs in dynamic industries like education, finance, and health. Don't settle for complacency, someone needs you; To progress, so they can learn. To innovate, so they can be motivated To lead, so they are guided. It's okay to get complacent, it's natural and it only means you're getting higher not necessarily growing. So always embrace a mindset of continuous improvement towards the dynamic nature of the ever-evolving digital world.
