The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) is one of the best (possibly the best) leadership training institution in the world. Officer Cadets/Commissioned Officers go through intense training to become the very best leaders. Despite this, many RMAS graduates don’t mention their training on their CVs, and civilian recruiters most often don’t know what Sandhurst is or the quality of its leaders. Why is a basic leadership certificate from the CMI (for example) often seen as more impressive than graduating from Sandhurst? This needs to change.

A wise observation! The founding fathers of the United States of America indeed envisioned a democratic system where citizens would have the power to choose their leaders. They understood the importance of responsible leadership and the impact it has on the nation's future. As l mentioned, choosing the next president wisely is crucial for the country's progress and prosperity. It's essential for citizens to engage in informed discussions, evaluate candidates' policies and character, and exercise their right to vote. By doing so, they can help shape the country's future and honor the founding fathers' legacy.
