I really enjoyed this conversation with Pim Roelofsen! I've implemented MEDDICC a few times across several orgs and I've taken learnings from each one! A few metrics that have been improved are: - Reduced time to close - Increased win rate - Increased average deal size I'm always asked, "Which letter should we start with?" Or "Which one is most important?". For me, that's Champion. Elite salespeople not only know how to find their champion but they know how to build their champion to sell when they are not in the room. Don’t just assume you have a champion. Test them and qualify in or out.
