With a small staff, it wasn't feasible to offer 100 different items and maintain the quality they aimed for. The dough was the main focus, and they structured the space to maximize pizza production efficiency. They didn't invest in fryers or chicken tenders; instead, they made sure every inch of our kitchen was optimized for creating delicious pizzas.
