In the last quarter of 2022, Revision Zero successfully completed the Boom Support Frames project. This innovative design, featuring top and bottom bearing frames supported by 20-foot shipping containers, ensures robust support and structural integrity. The meticulous 3D modelling and preparation of detailed drawings for approximately 28 tons of structural steel were essential for this project's success. This post is about a typical Bridge Box segment GA and 3D reinforcements model with relevant No of Bars Quantity, Bar marks, sizes and spacing. It is the utmost importance that the 3D Reinforcements bars modelled here must be drawn to the exact cover size and correct length because the contractor will fabricate the bars at the site by referring to the BBS.
