This is an amazing enhancement. Previously to update technician teams users needed the ability to edit technician accounts, which also gave them access to other fields that may not have been suitable for a role to have access to. Now we’ll be able to properly assign permissions, while still giving the day-to-day users the capability to organize their teams. I also appreciate how you kept audit trails in mind for this, we need more auditing capabilities in ServiceTitan to see who is changing what and when for system/data integrity. I really hope to see this trend of audit trails come through with all features as well as updating preexisting ones. Thank you ServiceTitan team for moving forward in a great direction!
