Every Sustainability Report cycle presents unique challenges. Evolving trends and business transformations beget new requirements, new data, and new stories to share, and this cycle was no different. Yet even beyond the usual course of business, sustainability reporting is undergoing unprecedented transformation. Regulatory demands continue to grow, and as a result, the very purpose of a Sustainability Report will likely need to adapt to accommodate our changing climate and changing world. That said, what doesn't change is our commitment: to transparency, to understanding how the ways in which we operate impact the world around us. As we promote a circular economy and support our vital end-markets, we will continue to work and think differently; to identify risks internal, external, and across the supply chain; to lower costs and increase efficiency for ourselves and our customers; and to take what we do and always #MakeItMatter. I'd like to extend a BIG thank you to my team for this accomplishment, and here's to the years to come!
