It is important to be gentle and mindful when interacting with pregnant women, as their bodies are going through significant changes. Overstretching can be uncomfortable and even harmful for both the mother and the baby. Here are some tips for interacting with pregnant women in a safe and respectful way: Ask permission before touching or hugging. Not all pregnant women are comfortable with physical contact, so it is always best to ask first. Be gentle when touching. Avoid using too much pressure or making sudden movements. Avoid overstretching. If you are helping a pregnant woman with an activity, such as getting up from a chair, be careful not to pull or strain her muscles. Be mindful of her comfort level. If she seems uncomfortable at any point, stop what you are doing and ask if she is okay. It is also important to remember that every pregnancy is different, so what is safe and comfortable for one woman may not be for another. Always listen to the pregnant woman and respect her wishes.
