Amplix IT Leader Retreat. This past Monday I had a terrific opportunity to learn more about how we can help our customers with AI and CX technology w/AmpliX in beautiful #Newport. I really appreciated the approach of this conference which was purely to educate. There were no sales pitches. Just Industry experts sharing best practices and dropping knowledge.I learned something from every one of my peers/competitors (shoutout to Christopher Soucie for his session on Securing the Brand).
