I read recently that the average annual income for a Med Device rep is $180k. The best that I've seen make $400k+...easy. And believe it or not, some even make $1M...how? 1. They're coachable. 2. They're accountable. 3. They're world class teammates. You can over complicate this if you want. CAUTION: Complication has been shown to violate the 4th rule for making amazing money in sales...keep it simple and measurable. 👊 I post every weekday at 8:15a EST Click the 🔔 on my profile page to follow along #future #bestadvice #sales #hiring #medicaldevicesales #creativity

The Culture Coach Public Speaker in the areas of Leadership, Corporate Culture & Hospitality. With 20 years in hospitality management, my mission is to share my experience to impact the industry I love in a positive way.
PSA to anyone doing the hiring from someone who made the mistakes that you don’t have to. The candidates aren’t weak… Your criteria and requirements suck. Don’t create a job ad with a wish list. The number of people you are missing out on, people that could have INCREDIBLE impact on your brand, your people and even YOU, because the don’t have 5-10 years specific experience should make us all sick to our stomach. If you’re hiring a cardiothoracic surgeon, YES, of course than need specific criteria met. But a great candidate doesn’t need to have 5-10 years of experience in a top 3 ranked hospital in the world. If you’re looking for a Leader for your small food service startup, they don’t need to have 7–12 years of experience in growing a vegan, fair trade, alternative milk brand. When I truly started focusing on character FIRST my environment completely changed and I was never understaffed again. I didn’t ignore experience/resumes. I just didn’t prioritize them. #leadershipdevelopment #growth #culture #hospitality #restaurantlife
