Did you know? Understanding psychological factors makes legal practice more effective by offering strategies to help meet the underlying core needs of clients & legal professionals. Legal professional skills informed by psychological knowledge can meaningfully help address challenges across many areas of law. In a profession that constantly deals with conflict, it still surprises me how rarely we specifically include psychology among our practice tools to improve legal strategy. And, in turn, enhance the resilience & well-being of both lawyers and their clients. Also the Michigan Bar Journal has an article that mentions our book...linked in comments.
