HR Advisor to Series A-C Companies

Pay transparency remains a complex topic, with companies largely keeping compensation info within Finance and HR. This trend persists despite the introduction of new pay transparency laws, indicating that there's still work to be done to create more equitable, transparent workplaces. Pay transparency empowers employees to negotiate salaries, reduces pay gaps, and builds trust. It also benefits businesses by attracting top talent, boosting retention, and strengthening their employer brand. In distributed teams, transparency is even more crucial. Sharing career leveling and compensation ranges ensures everyone feels valued and has equal opportunities. Open communication about pay creates a more equitable, trusting, and successful workplace for everyone. #distributedworkreport #startups #peopleoperations #humanresources #distributed #distributedwork #remotework #futureofwork #compliance #compensation
