I've always wanted to try rock climbing. Actually, that's not true, LOL! Although, I've always admired rock climbers. They have a way of making something daunting seem doable. This ability is something I admire and respect in anyone, but especially in leaders. In my opinion, great leaders challenge, inspire, and encourage their teams to achieve feats that once seemed unlikely. Perhaps most importantly, great leaders help their teams change their perspective when facing obstacles. At first glance, this photo looks like I'm attempting to climb a rock – but I was actually laying down. See, perspective changes everything.
