If a Leader is not available for her/his people or team members/ co-workers, cannot connect easily to know their hassles or shows busy always/does not respond then the person is not a leader, just got mere a title. If you belong to this category, it's best to let someone else take the lead. Leaders who lead from the front, empower people, and seek more leaders have the traits of great leaders.

Key elements of effective leadership.

Being a good leader doesn’t mean you’re a perfect leader. You’re not going to get it right all the time. But, good leaders always reflect on their past performance and strive to grow from it. Sometimes we look back on the day and see that, “I really don’t like how I handled this thing, or responded that situation” but we recognize and reflect, and we’re always working to improve in those weak areas, ultimately working to deliver a more positive, impactful, empowering, and uplifting experience for those we are blessed to lead.
