Since our initial public offering in 2012, we have outperformed the market and operated at a sustained rule of 50+, also quadrupling our market cap in the last six years. In 2023 alone, we rocketed to an impressive $10 billion in cumulative annual contract value, which few software companies have ever realized. Highlighting our bright future, we also grew remaining performance obligations, essentially our total backlog, at a constant currency CAGR of 29% over the last four years to $18 billion in 2023. Now I understand why we have admin and super admin roles in Servicenow instance coz ServiceNow as an enterprise, it’s CEO & Chairman is the same person.isn’t it great !!! but obviously you have to have such a karismatic leader in place who can perform this multi dynamic role.In terms of conflict of interest well , I think sometimes these giant B2B enterprise companies require very super energetic person as we see in case of Salesforce there used to be a Cold War between chairman and CEO and now things back to square again. #corporatestrategy #leadership #teamwork #corporategovernance #servicenowcommunity
