This is something that happened at Amazon which I never expected when I started my content creation journey. After my initial days, when people actually started recognizing my content, a lot of people within Amazon started reaching out to me internally for career guidance. Most of these people were from non-tech backgrounds and wanted to move to tech roles, such as from operations, sales, or category manager to data analytics. Some people were data analysts who wanted to move into data engineering or data science. What I realized is these people were self-motivated. They just wanted to have a quick 15-minute discussion to make sure they were on the right path. Almost every Friday, I used to have discussions with 2-3 people, and during my stay at Amazon, I saw multiple people who made the transition and are so happy about it. I feel there are many talented people who can move to data analytics and make a great career. The only thing is they are not so confident and lack self-belief that they can do it. All they need is a little bit of encouragement to get the confidence that if they put in consistent effort, they can crack it one day. 💪 #analytics #amazon

Hello Connections!!!! I'm excited to share that I've recently received an offer for the Programmer/Analyst - 1 role at Amazon, and I wanted to take a moment to share my interview experience with you all. Duration⌛️: This process spanned over 4 months from February to May. Round 1 (Online Coding Round)🚀: In this round, I was given two medium-level coding questions that needed to be solved within a one-hour time frame. I was able to solve both questions on time. After 2 months, I was contacted by a recruiter indicating their interest in moving forward with the next step of the application process, which involved virtual interviews each of 1hr duration. Interview Round 1 🚀: During this round, I was tasked with solving two coding questions focused on Data Structures and Algorithms of easy difficulty level. I managed to solve both questions on time. Interview Round 2 🚀(1 hour): Similar to the previous round, I was asked to solve 3 DSA questions of easy-medium level difficulty. I successfully solved all of them and also answered a few leadership principle questions. Interview Round 3 (Managerial Round)🚀: This round primarily focused on Amazon's leadership principles. Initially, I was grilled on a few situation-based questions and about my background for the first 10 minutes. The interviewer asked me two DSA questions of easy-medium difficulty level, followed behavioral questions based on amazon leadership principles Interview Round 4 (Bar-Raiser Round)🚀: This round varied based on the interviewer's discretion. In my case, the interviewer asked me one medium-level DSA question along with some technical questions. For the last 20 minutes, there were numerous behavioral questions based on Amazon's leadership principles. Last year, an Amazon engineering manager interviewed me.
