So, are we ever going to address the "equity" conversation? Is SHRM going to ignore the resounding voices of HR professionals and practitioners around the world who disagree with the approach you are taking? Equity is vital to the DEI dialogue- without it, you aren't representing what we believe in any longer. Do better #SHRM.

We “ensure fairness and equality in the workplace” through promoting equity, which is a principle SHRM has explicitly removed from its platform. Without equitable treatment, there can be no meaningful inclusion. Myself and other HR professionals who truly champion inclusive workplaces will seek our development elsewhere from now on.
