Moshe Feldenkrais said: “Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.” It’s been 11 years since I returned to Intel in 2012, and it is time to say goodbye again. Intel is a great place to work. I have been saying this throughout the years, and continue to say it now. It was my home away from home. I grew up here. I gained lots of knowledge and expertise during my journey. I had the opportunity of working on different technologies (WiGig and CSME) while diving into the details of requirements, defining processes and methodologies, and developing a system validation and customer first mindset. I had the privilege and honor of working with great people. At the end of the day this is the story. It’s all about the people we work with. I may be leaving Intel, but I am taking my friends with me :-) I am curious and excited towards my next chapter and the adventures and career opportunities that lie ahead. Dear Friends and (ex) Colleagues , Last two days many of you have pinged me showed concern….after hearing the news of Intel layoff…Thank you !!! I am doing good and very confident that Intel Corporation will be back soon. Personally,I have been in this situation in the past when one of my favourite company Nokia went down. Even though Nokia was close to my heart,I moved on to join Intel. That time I knew very well, Nokia can’t come back. There is a clear difference I see then and now… In Nokia that time, there was no clear decision making, there was no accountability, very few people really cared for the products. But in Intel its very different. There is always some definite name to an AR, decision making is fast, moreover many many of us working hard to deliver the products on time with superb quality and reliability. We will be back soon…. Why I don't care about the stock level? 📈 📉 Let's look at the numbers: (Intel Corporation) - Location: 46 countries - Number of employees: 125,000 - Number of Interns: 5,000-10,000 - Intel has 15 wafer fabs in production worldwide at 10 locations - Giving back to the community: $825M/35yrs to communities worldwide. - Revenue in a "bad" year: $55B (and still profitable) - Revenue in a Good year: $79B (very profitable) - Investment in Fabs & R&D: $100B (with strong support from the US gov) - Intel owns approximately 70,000 patent assets worldwide - Long-term Vision: lead the chip manufacturing globally - After 2030, analysts believe that Intel can cross the $100B+ annual revenue During my 12 years working for this company, I learned not to look at the stock level but to focus on work. The excellent salary conditions have only improved; I can lead a family life and invest in hobbies. I volunteer, and Intel is an enthusiastic supporter; I am progressing at work because there are endless options from within. I don't check the stock level every day and prefer to invest in work, I have no way of influencing the stock, but I have a great ability to influence the company I am a part of. #Iamintel #intel

Even yesterday you didn't mention how m40 (beginner line) like me will receive the subsidy that you will retract later! for your information I knew petrol , electricity (only this bill is transparent will government subsidy), sugar, medicine, is subsidized by Malaysian government which your are administrating under YDPA.

It's been a fun and exciting experience on my tech journey! From a young age, I knew I wanted to be part of something groundbreaking, something that can impact the whole world, and Intel has provided me with the platform to realize that dream. At Intel, there were times when things were difficult; there were times when everything was working smoothly. I have experienced firsthand how to grow, work, and improve my thinking process to better tackle problems and find solutions through the diversity of talents from all over the world! After a 27-year journey, I voluntarily retired from Intel last month. Reflecting on this milestone, I am filed with a sense of completeness. My career traced the history of Intel scaling compute technology everywhere and touching the lives of millions. From the early days of media-rich Pentium PCs to leading the deployment of groundbreaking technologies like USB, WIFI, fiber optics, high-speed Ethernet, Data Center virtualization, Cloud, and AI, my career has been an incredible adventure. What motivated me to make a career at Intel was the opportunity to craft a product strategy role where I could influence and lead the industry's roadmap, development, and scale of the next critical technology alongside thousands of dedicated collaborators. Working at the foundation of the IT stack—the silicon and software that underpins everything else—brought me immense satisfaction Recently, as I observed the pervasive impact of technology on our world, I realized that my role and time at Intel had reached its natural conclusion. It's time to pursue new opportunities to empower broader adoption of AI I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the brightest and kindest people across every segment in our industry. While raising a family in beautiful Oregon, I cultivated friendships that span the globe. To all those who have played a part in my journey—whether through collaboration, education, mentoring or shared laughter—thank you. Your partnership was invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for the experiences we've shared together. Shout out to Harley Spring Rob Hays and Naveen Rao who took the time to coach me and role modeled everyday. In this new phase, each day has presented opportunities for self-discovery and surprise.
