One of our tenants in DEEP C Haiphong II, tesa, a leading German manufacturer of adhesive tapes, is a shining example of how sustainability can be integrated into industrial operations. tesa has implemented a number of green initiatives at its Haiphong factory, including a beautiful and well-designed rainwater retention model, namely WADI. The WADI surely adds to the aesthetic appeal of the factory, however, the true intention behind is to help the company and the industrial zones as a whole to become more resilient to climate change, conserve rainwater, and promote biodiversity. We are proud to partner with tesa in their commitment to sustainability. Being at the forefront of sustainable industrial development in Vietnam, we are encouraging more tenants across our industrial zones to put WADI into practice like tesa.
