I recently had the privilege of attending Decafest, a fantastic tech summit hosted by Decagon, a place that played a pivotal role in my journey as a software engineer. The highlight? An inspiring panel session with two tech luminaries: Chika Nwobi, the founder of Decagon, and Mitchell Elegbe, the founder of Interswitch. Mitchell's story, from his early days at Telnet to revolutionizing Nigeria's cash transaction landscape, was nothing short of inspiring. His journey is a testament to the power of vision and resilience in transforming not just a career, but an entire industry. Two key takeaways: 1.
