Never thought about humility being an asset but the way he explains it makes a lot of sense.

TO ALL THE LEADERS. I know what it like to BE! On the side line waiting that EXCEPTION! Right. So embrace, it not a bad word and humility isn't either. They are a WORLD together and yet not apart. We must get going for URGENTY! And ourselves.

It's a hard to find talented industry "leader with humility" , to be open to ideas. It's all about culture of the business. We see managers get eliminated/terminated for coming up with ideas, ideas that get used later on but was not presented diplomatically to show it was their leader's ideas. And those leaders get praised in the i dustry because the culture supports power over innovation.

I love this - I came across the idea of the infinite game some years back, and it's now embedded in my approach. In today's competitive world where the aim of the game is to win, having an infinite mindset guides ethical choices and promotes a philosophy of continuous learning. Not only does it sharpen my focus, it fosters trust with both colleagues and clients and serves as the cornerstone of my resilience, equipping me for the various challenges that business development can bring.

The mindset of staying ahead of the game is a very tricky one. Whether competing with another or with oneself, it can sometimes take us away from the natural rhythm of life creating conflict within oneself to become something other than who one is in the moment. When we see ourselves as separate from the rest, we also separate ourselves from the forces of nature that is overlooking the evolution of life and creation as a whole. In my perspective, each individual has a natural evolution graph, all fitting together like different parts of a puzzle to create something new and better together. When we understand this, there’s less of struggle to become something that we think we need to be, but rather there’s a graceful allowing of the intelligence of nature to put things together to fulfill a greater purpose. However, I must also add that for this to happen self awareness is the key. This to me is humility, when we surrender in every moment to that which is greater than ourselves, albeit while giving our best to the things we are guided to work on. Thanks for sharing your views with the Infinity Mindset 🙏

I started journaling my accomplishments as milestones when I became a Navy Chief in 2018. I realized there is always something else I can work towards; there is always room for growth.

Humility is a virtue and one of the essential values for remaining progressive and growing. Life's trajectory is not linear, and it is important to remain grounded irrespective of the situation. Humility should not be seen as weakness or submissiveness but as inclusiveness, respecting others' presence and perspectives while being decisive where it demands upholding values.
