“The more we can empower people closest to the work, the better the work will be.” 💯 AGREE! I’m such a fan of Flex Index reports and how they’re showing evidence that debunk the claim that presenteeism leads to better results. There’s too much focus on policing where people work and not enough on HOW we work. Showing up to a space isn’t going to magically lead to better results. Companies who succeed will approach this as if it’s an operating model, an OS, an integration of space, technology, behaviors/practices, and workflows/processes.
