Today marks the beginning of Grief Awareness Week, an important observance dedicated to raising awareness about grief, providing support to those who are grieving and fostering a better understanding of the grieving process. We understand that grief can be a challenging and complex emotion, and it is important that we take the time to honour the unique experiences of those who are grieving. As we observe this week, we want to remind everyone that it is okay to seek help and support when grieving. We encourage you to take care of your mental health, to reach out for help when needed and to be there for those who may be struggling. #GriefAwareness #SupportingGrief #GriefJourney #EmbracingGrief #YouAreNotAlone #GriefSupport #MentalHealth
