This festive season, we’re asking the question: How are you doing Good this December? 🌈✨ Our Christmas campaign, #DoGoodDecember, is all about embracing the true spirit of the season by giving back, helping others, and remembering to treat yourself! 🎅 🎁 Give Back: Share the festive cheer by giving back to your community. Whether it's donating to a local charity, setting up a #payrollgiving donation, or simply offloading unused items. Any donations - big or small - can make a huge difference. 🤝 Help Others: Extend a helping hand to those around you. Spread joy by surprising others with acts of kindness. It could be as simple as leaving a sweet note, surprising a colleague with a coffee, or helping out at your local foodbank. 🍬 Treat Yourself: Christmas can be a stressful few weeks so make sure you find time for yourself. Meditate, watch your favourite film, eat a kilo in chocolate. Whatever makes you happy, find time for it. I couldn't agree more with the acts of kindness Owly has mentioned. Endorsing someone on LinkedIn not only boosts their professional reputation but also shows support and recognition for their skills and accomplishments. Promoting a cause on social media is a great way to raise awareness and rally others to contribute. It's incredible how much impact we can create collectively when we unite for a cause close to our hearts. Donating to a charity is another powerful act of kindness, especially during these challenging times. Every contribution makes a difference, no matter how big or small. Sharing a review for a local business helps uplift their online presence and encourages others to support them too. Small gestures like this can make a significant impact on their success.

Happy Thursday everyone, #powerplatform community I need your help. Inspired by a chat with my mate Stuart Baxter yesterday, we have been comparing data teams to that of restaurants and kitchens with lots of food related analogies. Check out his latest blog and my featured post.. But.. With the run up to #xmas lots of people won’t have a Christmas dinner that we all enjoy, as food is too expensive to purchase and some rely on food banks to support over the festive period. Here’s where I need you.. We’ve both pledged that from Monday next week for a month, any posts, comments etc that we manage to get food related words into (Easy as 1, 2 PEA for example), we will donate money to The Trussell Trust so that people will get that dinner and a lot more. If you want to join in simply comment 'Count me in' to this post and we will contact with further details, overview highlighted just below. Our initial thought is put a food related word into your content in capital letters and that equates to a 50p donation, therefore do it as much or as little as you want. Then on the last day make your donation on the link set up below.. Please do therefore keep a tally of your food words added in.. Let’s do this to help people this Christmas..
