Transcript

Skanska in the DC market has been extremely forward-thinking on sustainability as well as wellness, and they are delivering the first Well pre certified new construction project in Northern Virginia and I think one of the first in the area. And I just toured it and it's...some of the differences are really subtle, but they're important to convey to people about having for example, features where daylight and lighting can adjust to increase your awareness. And your enhanced experience as an occupant. And I just think that's so important and we just need to be getting the message out about that a lot more.

Rävlidmyren: Restoring a Former Mine Site for Environmental Protection and Sustainable Land Use 🌿 At Boliden, we take on a long-term responsibility to restore and manage the land that has been affected by our mining operations. The Rävlidmyren mine reclamation project aims to restore a closed mine by cleaning up the mining waste left behind and securing it in long-term storage to protect the surrounding environment. This initiative, in collaboration with Skanska, focuses on finding smart and efficient solutions for the project’s success. The first two years involved extensive remediation. Now, the project is transitioning to a new phase, aiming to create valuable and sustainable land use that promotes biodiversity and reindeer grazing. #sustainability #biodiversity #responsiblemining

We just signed another major lease for our visionary 1550 On The Green office development in Houston, Texas. Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has decided to call this Class A+ office tower adjacent to Discovery Green in downtown Houston home. With around 36,000 square meters (375,000 square feet) of space, 1550 on the Green includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop conference center, parking, a first-class restaurant and a coffee shop. Sveriges infrastruktur måste rustas upp. Underhållsskulden har vuxit stadigt under lång tid och behoven av att bygga nytt är stora. Samtidigt ställer Nato krav på sina medlemsländer att ha den beredskap som krävs i en krissituation – särskilt på järnvägen.
