I'm writing down my disappointment towards J&T Cargo. I've been complaining through hotline number, live chat whatsapp & instagram and yet still don't get the answer that I need.
I sent my motorcycle departing from SUB to JOG on August 7th, and keep up the update from website www.jtcargo.id. Until I realize that the delivery process of my package stopped since August 10th, while it's supposed to be delivered to my address on August 12th.
But until August 14th, my motorcycle hasn't arrived yet.
I'm reaching out your hotline number on August 11th, they said my package could be delivered on Saturday, August 12th. I waited long enough to complain to you again on Sunday, August 13th. Your staff says "this issue will be reported to the store" (WHICH STORE?) They told me twice, every time I call.
I tried to reach your whatsapp live chat, but it'a BOT answering my question. Didn't solve my problems.
I tried to reach you from your official social media, super late reply.
Lastly, I tried to reach your outlet numbers.. been contacting 3 outlets and God it's just disappointing as it is.
No responsibility & empathy, literally zero coordination.
Just to let you know, I'm desperately waiting my motorcycle hoping that it's still in a good condition when I receive it (no spare part changes, missing, etc) I spend lots of money to send my packages, so I could ride my bike ASAP to save my online-transport (a.k.a OJOL) cost.
Kindly have an empathy to customer, train your staff to handle the complains (even for the outlet staff), fix your system.
If this complaints didn't bothering you and didn't grow you up as a company, then I don't know how you would handle other complain that might not as hard mine.
