Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to watch the #NYCMarathon2023, I couldn't help but reflect on my own #QuantMarathon-like journey that began four years ago. 🏃♂️ As I stood among the cheering crowd, I couldn't help but reflect on my own marathon-like journey of the last four years. I left my job with a desire to enhance my skills, deepen my knowledge, and unlock new opportunities in the world of artificial intelligence. It was a path filled with challenges, much like the grueling miles of a marathon. 🌟   📚 Over these four years, I dedicated myself to learning and growth: · I improved my English to connect with a global audience. · I completed AI courses and bootcamps at #LeWagon Mexico. · I pursued a Master's in Data Science in New York. · I earned a Certificate in Quantitative Finance, expanding my financial expertise. · Just like marathon training, it was a journey of discipline, persistence, and pushing my limits. 🏁 And in 2021, I also achieved a personal milestone by completing the NYC Marathon, a testament to the power of determination and focus. 🏅 Today, I stand ready to re-enter the workforce with confidence, carrying with me a toolkit that includes strong quantitative skills, expertise in #MachineLearning and #DeepLearning, and proficiency in programming languages like #Python, #SQL, #R, #Matlab, and #VBA. 📊 With 14 years of experience in the finance industry across various #Quantitative and #Risk analysis roles, including work with #Mutual and #HedgeFunds at Santander, I am armed with invaluable insights and know-how. 📈 My journey has been about adaptability and a relentless learning mindset. *On our fifth day of CIB training, we had a different challenge. ❤️❤️🙏 our subject about Awareness video on the importance of Financial Inclusion for the youth. And this is an introduction about our subject.. WHAT IS FINANCIAL INCLUSION??🤔🤔 Financial inclusion refers to efforts aimed at making financial products and services accessible and affordable to all individuals and businesses, regardless of their personal net worth or company size. The goal is to remove barriers that exclude people from participating in the financial sector and using these services to improve their lives. It's also known as inclusive finance. Here are some key points about financial inclusion: 1. Accessibility: Financial inclusion strives to provide everyday financial services to a broader global population at a reasonable cost. 2. Innovation and Growth: It can lead to greater overall innovation, economic growth, and consumer knowledge. 3. Fintech Advancements: Innovations in financial technology (fintech), such as digital transactions, are making financial inclusion easier to achieve. 4. Social Constructs: Financial inclusion can address accessibility across various social constructs, including age, gender, race, geographical region, disability, or socioeconomic standing.
