Fully agree with EPEX SPOT and Nord Pool … SLE will not change anything on the operational process, while taking years to be put in place, in a time where we need to dedicate our ressource on a lot of other important projects. Better to continue to increase the cooperation / co-decisions TSO-NEMOs of SDAC asset and governance, leading to a reduction of multi-layering (as this is already the case in SIDC) than a useless SLE.
