I have been victimized by office politics in my past company (2010-14), but, after going through such a nasty experience, what I had pledged on embarking on my next opportunity, is to ensure that nobody shouldn't suffer or should get victimized by work politics wherever I take my next role. Today I had achieved success in enabling those measures - At wherever I'm right now, under my purview, I did ensure that all kinds of measures are enabled in order to provide the open and authentic work environment and I can proudly say that my work environment has got zero tolerance to the shit work politics.

Every employee and employer wants an ideal environment in the office but as it's universal law ideal things never exist in nature. On the other hand when you go through a situation where you will win or learn, how to handle office politics. 'Handling office politics' can be added in soft skills like conflict resolution.

As per my understanding if a person stays neutral towards office politics and more focus to complete their tasks and responsibilities then it becomes less attractive as a target for office politics 😜
